Almost all of the items listed are in stock and ready to ship (with the exception of tunnels)
All orders placed on the website are shipped from Bali, Indonesia. Your order is prepared within 24 hours (on business days) from your order being placed.
Estimated shipping times
If you are in Bali and would like to shop online we can ship your order the same day by local courier if your order is received before noon. Otherwise allow 1 day. For the rest of Indonesia we use JNE and shipping time is 2 - 3 days unless you specify express shipping is required.
We use FedEx for shipments worldwide.
Estimated arrival time from shipment day:
USA: 3 - 5 for Fedex express (if you choose the option for regular post the delivery time is 7 - 10 days approx)
Canada: 3 - 5 business days
Europe: 3 - 5 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3 - 5 business days
The rest of the world: 3 - 7 business days
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping company itself, any holidays, weather, force majeure and your local customs office.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation and the tracking details to the email address you provided.
Currently we are unable to ship to Russia and Germany.
Customs, Duties and Import taxes
Your order may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country.
eleven44 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package by your local authorities. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower customs fees.
The amount payable depends on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to track the package and make arrangements to be available when delivery is expected. We are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. If the package is undeliverable due to access issues for the delivery service, or if the package is lost in transit no claims can be made for replacement or refund. If you have not received your package please contact Fedex or your local post office before you contact us.
