We source textiles first and design after. Our promise to you is that we will only use textiles that meet some level of accountability and fulfill some or all of the criteria we need to feel comfortable using them. This includes:
- organic certification for cotton
- sustainable production - meaning that in the creation and manufacture of the textiles there are considerations made for renewability and waste management.
- made from recycled fabrics.
- low impact on the environment and/or there is a closed loop system for managing the process.
- fair trade must be part of the journey as well. That means workers are paid a fair and living wage for their labor.
