I have made it in 3 generously oversized unisex.

The length from the neck to the crotch is:
Small - 68 cm.
Medium - 70 cm.
Large - 72 cm.

The inseam length is:
Small - 79 cm.
Medium - 80 cm.
Large - 81 cm.

The sleeve length is:
Small - 57 cm.
Medium - 59 cm.
Large - 60 cm.
